The last five years he worked in the European Parliament, he worked intensively on Public Health, Environment and Energy issues, as well with the EU-Korea FTA approval process.
Lina has more than 15 years of experience in political communications, strategic planning and reputation management. Her path was shaped in both public and private sectors, she headed and led strategic planning teams in governmental and inter-governmental organizations. Lina advised and worked for several heads of states, politicians, and international figures, in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. For over 2 years, Lina provide her views on EU current affairs on Politico’s EU Confidential podcast – the nominated number one podcast in Europe.
Cesar has 25 years of experience in trade negotiations and is Mexico’s former chief negotiator with the European Union and EFTA countries in their respective modernization processes. His experience additionally includes heavy involvement in negotiations with the United States, with the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and in the World Trade Organization. He is an expert on market access, rules of origin and regulatory issues in the scope of international trade and offers regular consultancy to public and private stakeholders.
Matthew has worked in the sphere of public policy in Washington DC at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, and in Brussels, where he has over six years experience working at the EU institutions. While at the European Parliament, he served as an advisor to the Chairman of the Delegation for relations with Iraq and for the Chairman for relations with countries in South Asia, and has worked on legislative issues in the Committee on International Trade and Subcommittee on Security and Defence.
